We offer a relaxed but stimulating atmosphere with a friendly environment. We continuously share information between each other, which helps everyone. It is our belief that if one works always in the interest of their client, that broker will benefit with repeat and referral business that will last a lifetime. We insist on honest, above board business practices. We have a graduated commission schedule which will earn a good broker 10% or more income with the same volume of sales. We spend more $$$ per listing on advertising than most other firms, we also have a sales dock that receives constant traffic from viewers. The owner, Dave Adams, passes most of his new leads to his sales people. Our boat show presence is very good, with professional and coordinated displays for both new and brokerage boats. We buy our slips well in advance to insure our placement and size. Each salesman usually ends up with around 80 leads each year from the combination of the Miami & Ft Lauderdale shows alone! Premier’s office is extremely digital with multiple web sites including a page for the brokers where they have links to over 15 other useful sites, on line contracts, in office bulletin board, web sites for each of our new boat builders, and more. This alone can help a good broker’s production between 5 and 10%. We helped design and now carry a new line of pilothouse yachts “PAMA” which is already making waves. The first two 54’s and the first 62’ were sold retail while still in the design stages. The tooling is all new or recent with NO WAVES! The product virtually sells itself as we can offer a full $200,000 worth of features and sell at the same or lower price than the competition. Quality of this product is no less than exceptional! Two different hull designs have been tank tested for this model. Loaded with Pipewelders package and $100,000 worth of nav and entertainment electronics, we can sell the first couple at or below $2.7 million. Hull #1 is already sold!
